Phil & I stopped by to see the progress yesterday.    The walls for the basement are all up and it is so exciting for us to finally see this house starting to take shape after so many months of looking at it on paper.

The walls are from a company called Superior Walls.  They are made in a factory and brought in on trailers.  Then a crane is used to lift them and install them.  The walls are already insulated, as you can see.  And they are studded, ready to have drywall hung when (and if) that day ever comes.

 Finally, one last view.  This is the front of the house.  I think we picked a very nice lot with a great view.
